Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends and family.This appointment was clearly not time and money well spent. I should have gotten a better recommendation from someone. I was really happy to be treated so well by the staff. Their friendliness made me feel very welcome. They were able to be reached in an emergency. Although they didn't answer the call at first, they did eventually call me back.I feel Dr Orr was going to take advantage of us.Our dog needed surgery,we were given a price around $1,000 and took our dog home thinking we can't afford to save her.Thank God we did .I called two other places,and had her surgery done for less than $500 with a very well known Dr.I am sure Dr Orr is good at her job but you might want to make a call or two.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
No, they were fully staffed
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
