Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends and family.This appointment was clearly not time and money well spent. I should have gotten a better recommendation from someone. I was really happy to be treated so well by the staff. Their friendliness made me feel very welcome. They were able to be reached in an emergency. Although they didn't answer the call at first, they did eventually call me back.I feel Dr Orr was going to take advantage of us.Our dog needed surgery,we were given a price around $1,000 and took our dog home thinking we can't afford to save her.Thank God we did .I called two other places,and had her surgery done for less than $500 with a very well known Dr.I am sure Dr Orr is good at her job but you might want to make a call or two.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
