Dr. Conaway and the ladies at the feont desk are amazing! Attentive, empathetic yet practical. Best bet I have been to in 25 years. Love these people!

Dr Conway reached inside the pet carrier to listen to my sick cat’s lungs when I told him “my cat is coughing and appears to have an upper respirator infection.” He didn’t examine him any further. He did give me an antibiotic for cat I took to his clinic and enough medicine for cat I told him that was at home with similar symptoms. When I took third cat to his clinic who had similar symptoms Dr Conway didn’t even get up from his seat in an empty waiting room to look at my pet asked me if I’d given this pet anything thing. I had given this cat one dose of antibiotic prescribed at original visit. Dr Conway said give this 3rd cat the medication and bring him back in a few days if he was not better.
I asked about more medicine Dr Conway said “I don’t know how much medicine I gave you.” He never offered to look at my cat to decide if what I was telling him was actually going on with my pet. Dr Conway us rude, condescending, and worse of all displays an uncaring attitude about what’s truly going on with the pet I brought to his clinic. His attitude toward me was one thing,
I’m not thin skinned, but his total indifference toward the well being of my pet was unbelievable. Taking third sick kitty to someone else today praying I can get someone to actually “lay hands” on him and examine him. I don’t see how he can treat a pet without actually laying eyes on him. I guess I could have told Dr Conway my male neutered cat was pregnant and he would have told me to give him prenatal vitamins. Good luck if you decide to use Dr Conway as your pet’s vet.

This will be the third month that I have called to get the once a month for my dog buck from chewy Chewy is telling me that they will have to get approval from here to send it which I have paid for already says it’s was for just a month so please called or fax chest with the prescription AGAIN 731-439-5851 Bullock Penny

Will never go back. My dog bled bad enough he couldn’t go home the next day after a surgery, yet we got no call. I went in once and felt completely ignored and cast aside.

He is an awesome vet with your animals but he doesn’t sugarcoat the situation he is honest and upfront but I would rather have that.

Dr.Conway is amazing! Extreamly fair and puts the dogs best interest first. Doesn’t suggest unnecessary procedures. No appointment needed to take your pet. We have had multiple vets over the years and Dr. Conway is by far the beat we have ever been to!

Doc has been my vet of choice for years. He is great with any of the animals. Helping from horses to hamsters. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
