They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.
