I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all as they went to great lengths to arrange times that fit my schedule, and saw me right away on any emergencies my pets had. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The people are loving,gentle and supportive. And the care provided to my furbabies was awesome! Our rating is 4 paws up!
