Dr. Donovan and her team are the best! I felt me pes (and we have lots of them) got the best of care. I was impressed at how respectful and kind Dr. Donovan was t her staff members. How they treat each other and the animals in there care is impressive. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. My dog in particular lves her visits to the vet.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
