What prompted me to make the appointment was the lines above my lip and scars on both sides of lip, along with neck and eyes. I truly thought all these areas were going to be taken care of in surgery. When looking at my post-surgery picture, I saw the lines were still very noticeable, which prompted me to say something to Dr. Chernoff before surgery. I am so GRATEFUL he added the procedure of removing the lines above my lips. THANK YOU!!! The scare lines are still present. Maybe laser will take care of those... Everyone at Chernoff is pleasant, trustworthy, kind and professional. I am getting to love my new look.

I love both Dr. Chernoff and Julie as well as all the PA. Totally happy with them: professions and good and very careful. I am Not as happy with Ella, the cosmetologist who provided her services for a facial. She was half an hour late: she was talking to a previous client while I waited in the waiting room. The room was disorganized and she kept on leaving while another cosmetologist came in looking for other stuff. It was not a relaxing experience, and she was rough and not attentive. .

I purchased a package 6 visits of laser hair removal to include my widow's peak and around mouth and chin area. My first procedure was 11/7/19 with Jen. About a day and a half after the treatment, it blistered up. My second treatment was scheduled a month out. I called and rescheduled to let my wound heal. I came back 12/18/19 and met with Ella. She was very concerned about the 'scab' (is what she called it). She spoke with others in the office to make sure it was safe to treat again. She also took photos of it. She did end up lasering, but greatly reduced the power. Ella was super nice! I am really happy she cared enough to check things out. I think it's healed, but it will take a long time before the indention fills out and it's no longer purple. My concern now that I have a scar is that future lasering will be at such a low level, it will not do the job. So I will have a scar and the remaining hair. Somewhat frustrated, although Ella was great.

It was my second time at these practice . The first time I arrived to the office 5 minutes early for the appointment and I waited for the office to be open. While the staff was busy on the phone. We waited outside the office on the hallway. I have to knock on the door for the staff to open at 10 minutes later after opening tine. Finally the door was unlocked but the staff never open the door to welcome patients until I decided to knock at the office door again and opened the door. My second visit I waited mire than an hour to see Dr Chernoff until I decided to leave.

Overall experience is excellent. Desk is friendly and helpful. Julie is amazing! She is knowledgable and result oriented. I do notice a difference in my skin. My only issue was that I purchased several products over several months and no one ever asked me if I was a brilliant distinction member. When someone finally brought it up, I got credit for purchases that day but still felt checkout person should have asked in the beginning months earlier.
