Everyone was very nice and accommodating but I sometimes felt that I had to ask a lot of specific questions to get details or clear answers. Sometimes staff responses to my questions felt vague or unclear. Things like if my healing was normal, or if I should be worried or watching out for anything unusual. In the consultation appointments, the doctor was very forthcoming with details reasons behind certain parts of the procedure, etc. But afterwards, I felt that the details disappeared and that is when I was most concerned because my body was so unfamiliar to me. Mostly, I wanted a follow-up explanation of what happened during surgery. I think they told the person who picked me up from the surgery center, but that whole day was very hazy, so having a recap a couple days or a week later would have put my mind at ease since my surgery went a little differently than planned. I think my results are OK. I wish they were a bit more dramatic. It looks like a slight change from my previous appearance, but not like the modeled image I was shown. Granted, I am not very far into healing so things may change in the next few weeks. I trust that Dr. Chernoff did a professional job. He really seems to care and want what is best - we will see!

Love this place! Samantha is amazing and always goes above and beyond when I get facials. My Botox experience was also exceptional.

I have always been treated very well by every member of the staff. Smile and hellos weather they know me or not. Makes me smile when I walk in.

Julie did the DOT laser resurfacing and she helped me understand that with my skin age and thinness swelling may be more of an issue for me - and it was. It was nice to know that up front. She is both professional and has a comforting personality.

Clean and welcoming facility. All members of the team were a pleasure to talk with. I would give a 9 out of 10 only because the lack of a chance to talk to Dr Chernoff after to look at photos with additional questions. Thanks to everyone involved for their time.
