Recent Reviews
I have had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen often, never less than 20 minutes, and most recently waited over an hour after my appointment time. Especially now, sitting in a waiting room full of people, with the front staff having masks below their noses or off entirely, it's a wholly unpleasant experience. The staff is nice enough but I am not happy with the progress of my procedure or the habitual disrespect for personal time.

My experience at Dr.Chernoff's office has been great from the moment I walked through door. The staff here are friendly, kind and very attentive. The nurses were very experienced and very detailed about the safety and care of my health and outcome of my procedure. I felt more relaxed and in good hands because of this. Dr Chernoff did an excellent job on my eyelids, I already look great only 4 days after my procedure. I am very excited to see what they will look like when they are completely healed! I give them an A+! I cannot wait to have more procedures here in the future .
