Best decision I could have made!!! I'm thrilled with my success and shocked myself with how well I did. It was actually very easy. Everything was laid out for me and I knew what to do and what to avoid. I wish I had done this years ago.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
