I wish all my Doctors took as much time and loved to talk like this doctor does. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. However, sometime the secretary or nurse seem to be in a rush, and get rude at times. She very impatient, but the doctor isn't, he very sweet and kind. I really truly don't think that he is aware of the situation...

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
