This is a great place and I made the right choice in coming here to tackle my weight problem. They are kind and supportive not judgmental like some places my friends have gone to. Also, you do get to actually see the medical doctor at each visit unlike some programs. My friend tried MediWeight loss and she never saw a doctor although they advertised that she would. The doctor , Ronald H. Johnson, M.D. is great! He loves to talk and teach, honestly I had to keep track of the time he spent so much time with me at the first visit. (I had to pick my son up from school).
The nurses and staff are really friendly and chat you as they take you to the exam room and do your EKG.

The office is immaculate, and really modern in Fredericksburg. It is very comfortable and I really liked the music.
The meds worked well and overall the program was really simple, not very hard to follow and suitable for a busy mom like myself. It does require a small amount of exercise to get your best results but I didn't mind that and it was manageable with my hectic schedule. The cost was very reasonable compared to the other programs.

Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his program, I seem to be really keeping my weight ( 53#) off.

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it
wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a
little more professional. I wasn't impressed with their staff. They didn't go out of their way to help me at all.After waiting 20 minutes in the reception area, they took me to a 10x8 room and made me sit on a exam table, with no back support, and dangling my legs. This lasted 25 minutes the first time, and 20 minutes the second time. When I complained and asked that he put a chair in the room, I got a call from the Doctor who told me to go elsewhere, that he didn't want me as a patient. I haven't gone back, nor taken his pills, but following the basic eating program, I'm still losing weight, and saving a bundle on medical expenses.
