Very caring people. Over the last 15 years we had elderly dogs and cats euthanized at St. Francis Animal Clinic. I was in the room during several of the procedures; the veterinarian was gentle and calm and did not rush the procedure.

you can feel the love and care that the doctors and staff for animals once you enter this clinic. I feel very at ease whenever I take my cat to them.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would never bring my dogs to your clinic. Your front desk receptionist is a complete idiot. She had called my phone 15 times for a woman and her dog named Nacho about a prescription. They never answer the phone and worst is I am sick of it. I am contacting the AG's office to file a complaint for harrassment. The lady before me is right your clinic is one of the worst for customer service and more.

Hopefully with getting a BBB and AG complaint you might listen to people that your employees are idiots.

I have been going to St. Francis since 1979. Recently, the original Veterinarian has retired and new Vets are on board. I really do not have an issue with them. The new individual answering the phone and handling the front desk is a vile person. He talks back, and shows absolutely no respect to other people. I was told "that's not my problem". I was also told he did not care that I had been a customer for 37 years. I have changed practices based solely on the actions, language and rudeness of the employee at the front desk.

Dr. Parker was very kind and had my companions health at the forefront of this visit. I've only had interaction with one other vet that I considered this compassionate towards animals. He was truly concerned with my dogs health issues. He put me at ease with the diagnosis, treatment plan and kept the costs minimal, given that it entailed surgery.

The clinic's staff was very compassionate when my cat was sick. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my cat, which I thought was professional and nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I stayed with my cat through the appointment, except when they had to take my cat back to the lab to get samples (which I never like to see). I thought their pricing was very fair. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and I feel at home.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
