I've pretty much always been able to get in for an appointment when I need to - even for emergency visits. I didn't think I could ever find staff as friendly and supportive as when I lived in a tiny town where the vet knew all my critters by their nicknames, but I've found it here - finally! Trish is open to discussions about alternate treatments when I have been reluctant to use the usual ones. She doesn't get insulted when I ask lots of questions. I truly feel that these folks want the best for my critters.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.
