I'm not so concerned about their appearence, it's how they handle the animals that matters most to me. Yes she looks just fine but the reason I come there is the love she has for the animals. I trust her judgement and she is very straight forward ( I love that). They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean. I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. I have sent lots of other prople to her because she is a great Vet. I like her calm way of dealing with the animales and the customer. Her prices are very fair and that is so important. I'm very happy with her and will always bring my animals to her. Thanks you for your service! :)

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
