They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.
