They are a wonderful bunch of people! The staff is friendly and very helpful and Dr. Jen always seems to have time to talk to you about your animals no matter how busy the office is!

I travel 200 miles to take my dog to the Ely clinic. I do travel to Ely on a regular basis but if my dog is sick I will make an unplanned trip. All the staff are GREAT! They treat my dog as important as a professional musher or the wolf and bear center animals. They do not over medicate and only give what they believe will help the animal. I have never had a bad experience here. Just can't say enough good things about this clinic and the staff.

Excellent care. Down to earth people. I was informed and I felt like I was part of the care. Explanations were very good. Risks and potential outcomes explained in detail. I'm very comfortable when I'm there.
