Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Never, they are very reliable.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I have brought my pets here since the early 80's. I cannot say enough positive things about the vets and staff who work here. When emergencies arose and I had to get to another vet clinic, I can honestly say there is no comparison to the quality of care, friendliness of the staff, and compassion for the animals/owners that Allen Animal Hospital provides. I have never lived close to this clinic, it has always been a 30-45 minute drive for me to get there; but in my opinion, there is no other clinic that offers and provides the quality of care for my pets. I think I have the only dog in the world that truly gets excited and happy to go to the vet - his reaction to the doctors and staff says it all!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
