You would think it wouldn't be too hard to send a reminder card for your pets annual exam, but apparently that is too much to ask of them. I am constantly forgetting what time of year it is supposed to be too. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
