Backoffice staff is friendly and helpful. Vet tech seemed very knowledgeable. Dr. Kate was rude and unprofessional. Came to put my horse down and it was extremely windy. The kind of day where the trees bend. He was spooked but she didn't want to reschedule or come back later, with him sedated. She was rough with him and started blaming me for his bad behavior. This is a horse that is the easiest, sweetest animal to handle by my past vet and farrier. Her only suggestions were that she go at him harder or he be shot. Worst vet experience I have ever had in my life.She shouldn't be allowed near horses.
