Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
