My concern is the fact that their services say on their website that the doctors specialize in fibromyalgia, but I’m told by the doctor that there isn’t anything they can do for fibromyalgia. I asked for an alternative to pain meds if he wouldn’t prescribe the ones I had previously. He did not attempt to help me. He did not order any bloodwork or scans even though I told him that I was also there for back pain from a car wreck. He could have at least ordered bloodwork to rule out causes of my pain that maybe other doctors had missed. Personally, I don’t believe I have fibromyalgia. I believe it’s deeper than that, but when I talked about macrophagic myofascitis, I was blown off. He didn’t attempt to speak with me about that, or maybe he just wasn’t educated enough or at all on that disease caused by heavy metal toxicity specifically aluminum in vaccines which I told him my all over body pain started shortly after receiving some in a short period of time. I was healthy (I was 2wks away from joining the Marines when I had my car wreck that disqualified me from joining because my back and hips got so messed when my car was t-boned and totaled. I worked out, was athletic and the pinnacle of health) until I received those vaccines and now I have trouble getting dressed every day because of the intense and exhausting pain that your doctor won’t attempt to help me fix. No talk about personal health habits or possible treatments such as diet, exercise, medication, or physical therapy were mentioned. He just spoke about biofeedback which is just sound therapy you listen to on YouTube to relax. I’m a busy mom and I can’t listen to meditation music all day and lay in bed. It’s simply not feasible for me or anyone for that matter. I came to this facility for help and answers for an extremely painful condition, but I was blown off. The doctor never told me bye or that the appointment was over. He just left the room and eventually a nurse said I could leave. I would give the doctor’s name, but he never introduced himself and I was never told his name. Please for goodness sakes they need to take down “fibromyalgia” as one of the things they specialize in, and when a patient says they have fibromyalgia, just tell them beforehand that their facility does not treat fibromyalgia pain so they do not waste their time and/or their spouse’s time taking off work to go to a pointless appointment.
Also, the staff definitely could be more friendly and comforting to the patients. They were cold and I was treated more as a number than a patient.

WARNING.... Do not tell them that you drink, even if only 1 beer a day...... Dr. Kraus denied treatment for pain unless I started an AA program and stopped any kind of alcohol consumption............WHAT A QUACK.....

This place is a circus. 1st of all they look down on you and treat you like a addict. The N.P thinks that they are the Dr and you are the idiot that's making up reasons to get Meds. My Dr didn't even know why I was getting injections. That scared the hell out of me but they don't listen most of the employees don't even show any emotion at all unless you question them then they get pissed or threaten to have you thrown out of the program. These Dr's are taking full advantage of this epiod situation. If the shots don't work then they don't care bottom line. To make matters worse now you have to pay for parking to see these idiots. Just once for one day, I wish the people who were there would experience pain then maybe they would actually treat us like patience and not addicts.

The staff tells lies to the patients, Doctors, and Insurance co. They have been caught several times. I think, since I caught them and let my Doc know the truth, I have been discriminated against since then. They have admitted to not taking my messages for weeks. and they try to convince me that mt Doc is not capable of giving me the treatment or care he has in the past. They also have tried to keep me from seeing him at their facility. No matter how great you think your Doc is the staff will cause issues for you. I fear that due to the staffs lies and behavior I have lost a great Doc, who has allowed himself to be deceived by them. We the Patients deserve better than this.

I haven't had any problem with anything. The only complaint I have is the ridiculous wait time. I see the NPs of Dr Collins and each one are so sweet and courteous. They've never been anything but helpful to me. Like I said, the worst part is the wait time. If you get an appointment, you can be sure you're going to wait at least an hour to see the doc. Then there's another hour or so wait while you're in the room. I suppose they're extremely busy, though. So I can deal with that because of the quality of care I receive as well as the NPs being wonderful. I absolutely love all three that I've seen. One is Maura, wonderful. Another is Sandy, also wonderful. And the last (I can't remember her name straight off hand...) is also wonderful. I see Sandy most often and she always speaks to me as a human being, not as a fool just there to receive my pain meds. We talk about different ways to reduce my pain and she always listens to every concern as well as answers any questions I may have and has never once acted like I was simply wasting her time. I really do adore the staff. They are wonderful.

Beware do not go here, it is only an assembly line for injection money. They will dismiss you as a patient the second they know you either cant pay for injections or don't want them. They tell every single patient that they don't need surgery when they actually do just so they can keep getting rich off of injections. You never get to see or talk to the doctors. Theyre new staff after the Audit and threat of shutdown is rude and inexperienced and they don't look at your history or chart. All they care about is money and not your well being and what you really need. 3 years of injections destroyed my back, and they dropped me after I found out and after I was inbetween insurance. The day they found out I wasn't getting injections, they discharged me as a patient. Find a real doctor. .
