My dog had a cyst that I wanted checked out. The dr squeezed on it as a form of testing. A little puss came out and he said it was ok. A few days later it was infected. The receptionist would not let me ask any follow up questions and demanded that I make another appointment to see the dr. Not feeling comfortable with there skills I wanted to ask a few questions with the dr before scheduling an appointment or I would schedule the appointment with a different clinic, the receptionist (Cindy) said that she could schedule an appointment. I'll be taking my business else were.

I did not like the Doctor! He looked at my little tiny dog like " really your wasting my time here". He was very curt with answers to my questions and didn't even connect with me. I'm a new puppy owner and very nervous. He could of cared less.

Everything about this clinic was friendly and appealing until the Vet walked in. It all went down hill from there. He was rude and abrasive. I actually picked my dog up and left the appointment. We will find another vet.
