My dog had a cyst that I wanted checked out. The dr squeezed on it as a form of testing. A little puss came out and he said it was ok. A few days later it was infected. The receptionist would not let me ask any follow up questions and demanded that I make another appointment to see the dr. Not feeling comfortable with there skills I wanted to ask a few questions with the dr before scheduling an appointment or I would schedule the appointment with a different clinic, the receptionist (Cindy) said that she could schedule an appointment. I'll be taking my business else were.

I did not like the Doctor! He looked at my little tiny dog like " really your wasting my time here". He was very curt with answers to my questions and didn't even connect with me. I'm a new puppy owner and very nervous. He could of cared less.
