I am done with Forsyth animal clinic. They never have time for our yorkie. We like to board her 4 to 6 times a year. Twice in the past 6 months they did not have availabity, 6 days in advance. We also needed a simple appointment for a shot, there again, no appointment for 6 days. I'm taking my business elsewhere to get more flexibility and more affordable.

I will never take any of my pets here ever again! I brought my dog in because of his ear and was told it was only a wax problem. He also had a spot on his hip that they told me was a scab. After no improvement in his ear and the "scab" pulling his hair out, I went to another vet. My puppy had a bacterial and yeast infection in his ear and a fungal infection of his skin! Definitely not just wax and a scab!! This was particularly concerning to me as the fungal infection is contagious to dogs and humans. As we have another dog, it was incredibly frustrating to know that she had been exposed to it.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They always made sure that my pet wasn't in any pain. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
