They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
I waited three weeks for an appointment to have my dog groomed. On the day of the appointment I arrived at nine o'clock to drop my dog off. the staff was there but the door was locked and no one would come to the door. When I tried to call I got an answering machine that stated they opened at nine o'clock. After waiting for fifteen minutes I called again and left a message then I left. I received a returned call from the groomer, which consisted of a lot of excuses and her hanging up on me. Businesses fail to realize that the customers, that pay the bills for these businesses, have responsibilities and schedules of their own. I personally wasted three weeks and half a day trying to do business with this company to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. That is my time that I will not be compensated for.
