Long story short, we went to her for a second option and had to make a decision quickly since my girl (dog) bit into her growth tht morning of the appointment. and was bleeding alot. They were very caring and understood the emotional wreck i was in. It may be small, and not up to date with the latest colors and furniture. I BUT......I am not into what the place looks like, the care they give our animals and i say they are top of the line for service Thank You for treating our animals at a very responsible price.

Dr. Hoffecker and her staff are wonderful, kind & more than fair.
My kitty was having sever skin problems. The previous vet was not successfully helping her condition after several rather expensive visits. My perception was the interest in my animal was for their own bottom line.
I took her to Shawsville Vet. at the recommendation of a friend who had been taking her pets there for years. Dr. Hoffecker immediately sent us to a pet dermatologist.... there were no scare tactics to administer expensive tests, just a detailed explanation of possible issues and pure concern and compassion for my animal and myself.
When my kitty is better I will surly return to Shawsville for veterinary care even though it's a 50 to 60 minute drive one way.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
