I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are very affordable compared to the other vets that I have taken my pets to.

When vets in the DC area were charging hundreds for visits and minor treatments, giving us dire warnings and running incredibly expensive tests, Margaret and her folks did just the opposite. They looked at the cat and dog, said what they thought they could do, and did it for a price with fewer digits. They are caring, capable, smart, practical, and willing to try new things while sticking mostly with common vet practices.
