We were told that our stray cat was pregnant and should have kittens in 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks without kittens, we scheduled the cat to be spayed at a different clinic. They told us the cat had already been spayed and had the tattoo and incision mark. This is Veterinarian 101.

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

Yes, they were spotless

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was to meet the doctor and she wouldn't come out to the waiting area to speak to me. Instead she sent a tech. If I wanted to speak to a tech, I would have asked for one. My questions were not answered, and the dog was not ready when promised. Things were not done correctly that had been discussed, no attention to detail. I'll never go back!

No, but I can always find a seat
