Excellent Hospital, I use to work there and still take my animals there. Dr. Campbell knows what she is doing and has the patients care at heart and will go above and beyond to save them. Everyones entitled to there own oppions,

I dropped my dog off before heading to work because she had hives so that they could keep an eye on her and make sure it didn't get worse. I asked them to please call me if she gets worse and to do whatever they needed to to. After not hearing from them, I called around lunch time and was told shes "doing fine". Imagine my surprise when I arrive after work to pick her up and she is covered in even MORE hives, skin is bright pink and she's freaking out. I said excuse me but she is most defintely worse than when I dropped her off this morning. So glad I was charged an "observation fee" when obviously nobody looked at her all day long. I was charged another fee to have the vet tech "look" at her and decide oh, yes she's worse. I will never step foot in this office again.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
