I have been going to your animal hospital for over 6 years. Today I call to transfer my dog to a new vet. The resons are that the ladies up front are rude, impatient, and rarely smile or wish you nice day. It was not like that before I am not sure what changed. I love the doctors there but if your people up front treat your clients like this I don't what them near my dog.
One more note when I call transfer Sasha records they didn't even ask why!

Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community?
Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
