Further explanations could have ensued- I was left with no real answer or diagnosis and left questioning the result of my visit. I left in pain and discomfort with no relief (not a prescription or recommendations on home care.) As a patient, whom has no medical background, 'dumbing things down' would have been the best approach. The medical staff was wonderful, spoke clearly and very accommodating. The PA, was nice and spoke clearly. The PA answered my questions, but again did not leave me with much information to process afterwards. I had someone accompany me (I am deaf and needed a translator) and they felt the same, as they were in on the entire visit and did not have a clear understanding either. I was told that further tests needed to be done, which I understand why, but also to my understanding that they may be unrelated to what I came in for! Overall: good experience, just needed more explanation and clarity. Will definitely continue my care here. Front desk: attentive, spoke clearly, and checked me in quickly. Wait time was feasible, huge plus!!
I love the receptionist that sits closest to the window. She always greets you with a smile and is always upbeat! Nicole is very attentive and remembers things that have been discussed in previous meetings. I did not like the fact that I was not weighed, nor was my bp taken. I do not know if this is because of the virus or not. I was also called after my appt. and a message left and asked to come back to give more urine, they did not say why. I called back, no answer of course, and had to leave a message, which to this day has not been returned. I still do not know why they needed more urine, infection, spill or what! This left me wondering all weekend and still am!!!
