Amber is so compassionate. I always feel guilty coming in because I feel like I am a wall UTI She knows I have issues and makes me feel comfortable coming in to deal with them.

I experience *significant* anxiety/panic attacks :( when having to see doctor's/medical providers especially any gynecological related doctor's so even going to the appointment this week was very stressful for me although Kristen made everything about making the appointment so stress free including when I arrived for the appointment as her genuine kindness shines through from the moment she answered the phone this helped me feel not as scared/stressed- Kim and Nicole were equally genuinely kind and helpful as Kristen, this also helped me a great deal- Nicole's expertise, excellent listening skills, and patience explaining things helped me get through the appointment without adding additional stress- I am forever grateful to Cindy Brown/Advance Medical Naples for referring me to your office and to your entire team for sharing their daily dedication to helping others they each exemplify in their work- **Ginormous gratitude** to Nicole, Kristen, Kim, and Jordan also as she was helpful in ensuring I had a cup of water when I needed it before taking a urine test- It's refreshing to have experienced the kindness and patience I did at the office this week-
