This place is a joke! Never seen such rude staff and look so unprofessional! No wonder she's so cheap you get what you pay for that's for sure! Also it's a very dirty place. It definitely needs looked into by the better business buera ...... If you luv your pet's go somewhere else I leaned from my experience....

THIS LISTING IS INCORRECT! This place in Uhrichsville is not called Appletree. My review is of Uhrichsville.
Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The idiot was dressed like an Ohio State Christmas tree and killed my cat. Happy Thanksgiving.

The staff is friendly. The place is easy to find and Dr. Center always take time to talk with me about my concerns and does a good job answering my questions. His staff is also good about answering questions about general things when you call. I like that. I have been going to Dr. Center now with mainly cats for the past 30 years and overall he and his staff are friendly, give a good level of care and are priced much more reasonably than most area vets. Keep up the good work guys!
