This place is a joke! Never seen such rude staff and look so unprofessional! No wonder she's so cheap you get what you pay for that's for sure! Also it's a very dirty place. It definitely needs looked into by the better business buera ...... If you luv your pet's go somewhere else I leaned from my experience....

THIS LISTING IS INCORRECT! This place in Uhrichsville is not called Appletree. My review is of Uhrichsville.
Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The idiot was dressed like an Ohio State Christmas tree and killed my cat. Happy Thanksgiving.
