on 7/22/16 I enter with my kitten that was in pain. The receptionist was on a playdate with her child. I informed her my cat was hurting. I did not have an appointment and informed her so. I told her it was an emergency and my cat was hurting. She didn't care. she shrugged her shoulders snapped,"shouldn't even come in the door without an appointment." She then turned her back No help, no advice. after all I was interrupting her child bonding. I left furious. Now I am angry. I needed help and was not helped by this place. I had my boys neutered there but I had appointment. I can not trust this place.

Dr. Frank and his team took immediate action for my pet who was in grave danger and did so with the utmost respect. They consoled me and allowed me to visit when i needed. Dr. Frank was a phone call away with any concerns and he treated my animal as if it was his own (his staff also) He kept in consideration my financial needs and was still able to provide the best care available for my pet. I would recommend Animal Care Clinic / Dr. Frank Coburn and staff to anyone who truly cares about their pets. Thx Doc. Frank and Jenny
