My dog visited them before, 2 years ago while on vacation here. We moved to Prescott this summer and found the office in a new location. Great improvement! Lots of room, bigger facility, clean, nicely appointed, ample parking, same cordial staff. We have not yet had to see the vet (just clinic gals) so I can not say much more.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
