After five years of competent and professional service. This year I have encountered the lack of quality, quick service and lazy receptionists who refuse to help a customer to receive service and supplies in a timely manner. For example: I was supposed to receive a new CPAP machine in Sept. but after 3 visits to the office I was given 3 false reasons for the delay, I had to ask for a technician to help me, which she did and she confirmed there was no valid reason for the month delay. It was late October when I finally received my new CPAP. November waiting more than 7 days, still no mailed supplies and no tracking no .Receptionist response was " it would get there when it gets there" I could add further details, but for the purpose of this review, I will simply say, that my service experience has hit a low point primarily due to experience with the poorly trained receptionist in customer service. Love the company, hate the service.

This place gives you the constant run around. Call them with a question and they take 24 hours go get back to you and then connect you to someone else who is not there and says they will contact you in 24 hours. Take your business elsewhere...avoid this business.

This place goes above and beyond to help you. I've been using them for about 5 years for c-PAC supplies and am very happy with them.
