On entering the facility the rug looked horrible and the waiting room looked ilk it was decorated in early or late flea market. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all,- the sales guy talked to me in a condescending manner and tried to bum rush me into buying a machine without giving me a comparison of the models available or offering to hook it up and demonstrate the machines sound signature. I didn't feel respected there. I am going to seek an alternative or just live with the condition- RESPECT IS EVERYTHING
