Great customer service and clean store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have it at this store, they will check the warehouse.

Staff was rude and condescending. I thought the respiratory therapist I dealt with was simply poor, but after dealing with the other staff I have to wonder if the reason she seemed clueless is because she was not a respiratory therapist. My doctor told me that the CPAP they gave me was outdated by several years and when I returned it they refused to give me their records. I do not understand how they are able to stay in business other than people are gullible and do not question health care providers like they should.

Horrible store. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere. Pretty sure I got scammed and they will not do a thing about it. Very dishonest people.

The store in Jim Thorpe Pa. has recently lost 2 of their long term employees. I am not happy with the new ones. Also supplies paid for have not been mailed and it's been almost 3 weeks. I am not satisfied at all. I wish I could speak to the owners and ask why all the changes have gone on ?

I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I had a horrible experience. The measurement they did for a stair lift was incorrect.They did not take a windowsill at the bottom of the staircase in to account. When the installers came and realized it would be tight they recommended that a windowsill be removed to make more room. They told us since it was their mistake there would not be a charge to return and move the stair lift back. After paying for someone to remove the windowsill we contacted them to come back and move the stair lift. we were told it would cost $80 for the first 1/2 hr. and $1 a minute for each additional minute.When told the installer told us there would not be a charge since they measured incorrectly, they repeated the cost to perform the work. The manager refused to talk to us, having a receptionist relay the information. We asked to have them verify with the installers what was told to us and to return a call after they talked to him, they have not done this.It is disappointing that this company does not back their work or honor their word, they have extremely poor customer service. There is no one I would recommend go to this provider.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
