I received a bill from them for more then my insurance allowed. I sent the bill back with the EOB from my insurance asking them to correct the bill, send it again, and I would gladly pay it. This has happened in the past with other doctors and I am used it to so it was not a big deal. However, I did not hear from them for a few weeks when they suddenly called saying my bill was late and I needed to pay. Since the new amount they wanted matched what my insurance had approved, I know they received my letter. I stated I had not received the corrected bill, to please send it, and I would pay it. That was on a Friday, Monday they called again, this time leaving a message, telling my my bill was late and if not paid today there would be a $20 late fee. I had still not received the correct bill! Fortunately I had a photocopy of the original and I was able to log into their system. I could see the corrected amount was now being charged so I paid it. For a company that made a mistake billing me they were a huge hassle to deal with. I will get my supplies elsewhere.

This company is the BEST I have ever dealt with. They are professional, and give you options. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years, and would NOT consider any other medical supply provider. FYI, they delivered on the same day I ordered products. Keep up the service and I won't use anyone else!!!!!!
