This supply store was beyond rude and ignorant. the woman behind the counter told me that my persription for my childs bed wetting alarm was not covered by my insurance, without even knowing what insurance i had. I had previously contacted my insurance company and they told me that if i had a perscription that it would be covered. then instead of calling the insurance to confirm she called someone that she knew personally who told her it wouldnt be covered and refused to fill my perscription. then she told me that bed wetting is not a REAL medical problem and i shouldn't even be in their store! absolutely rude and ignorant, the most horrible service i have ever recieved by that white trash woman behind the counter! and how convieniant I took my perscription elsewhere, got my childs bed wetting alarm, and the insurance covered it.... big surprise!!!
