customer service is terrible. Tell your dr. to use another provider. Order supplies about 13 days ago still waiting. Called and they still haven't filled order. USE ANOTHER PROVIDER. Too bad review can't 0 stars
Horrible customer service. On permahold and then you get cut off. Nine times out of ten the order is incorrect in the event you actually receive it. Have to call at least twice after your order is placed to find out where it is. Most disorganized and incompetent shipping department on the planet. Should be out of business.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The never filled my doctors prescription to replaced my CPAP machine. I was told my insurance company approved it, After months of no response to voicemail messages and emails I called my Dr's office who reach out on my behalf, They told my Dr's office I was ineligible for a replacement because my machine was 4 years old and it couldn't be replaced for 5 years. That may be true for medicare but I have private insurance and this company never put a claim in to my insurance, They also never notified me that my insurance company denied it, why because they never put in my the request, I validated with my insurance company, and it is APPROVED for replacement. You can't get anyone on the phone and if you send email or leave a voicemail no one ever calls you back. I found another supplier through my insurance and will be using them going forward, This place needs to lose their license. Incompetent isn''t a strong enough word.
Their recent customer service is horrible. Have emailed and left messages, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I did get through once and spoke to someone who advised that equipment I need was not in stock. Trying to contact them again after two weeks and still can't get through for assistance. Very frustrating.
Don't bother with this company. Since 12/1/21 I have left 3 messages and sent 1 email responding to a request in a letter they sent. Listened to their recorded phone message on 2 occasions for 40 minutes and 30 minutes - no answer.
Impossible customer service, long hold times, disconnects, disinterested agents. Automated CPAP supply order never placed since 8/24/21. Disappointing to say the least!!

My insurance only pays for replacement CPAP equipment every 3 months. Unfortunaely the masks and tubing provided by this company last about 1-2 weeks. When you call you cannot get the problem resolved. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, customer service blames the insurance company instead of the vendor. The pulmonologist tried to insert the gel cushion and he could not assemble it and instead ordered another. When I followed up two weeks later At Home refused to replace it unless I paid approximately $120. Hopefully I can locate a more customer oriented company to supply this equipment. MMS
I ordered tubing 2 or 3 weeks ago and have never received it. Calling a only adds to my anxiety as I have been trying to get thru for 3 hours. Hold time is not only rediculous but annoying having to listen to your touting your products over and over and bring ttold how important I am
