I ordered tubing 2 or 3 weeks ago and have never received it. Calling a only adds to my anxiety as I have been trying to get thru for 3 hours. Hold time is not only rediculous but annoying having to listen to your touting your products over and over and bring ttold how important I am

My husband's doctor ordered oxygen for him for than 3 weeks ago. Still no contact from them. When you call, you are put on hold for so long, you have to hang up. I'm glad his life didn't depend on it but he's be a lot more comfortable, I'm sure. They only get one star because they wouldn't let me put no stars.Their website has no other way to contact them except by phone. They should be ashamed of themselves!

At Home Medical never delivered a C-pap machine as ordered by my doctor. 17 days later, I called to inquire as to the whereabouts of the medical equipment. I was on hold for ten minutes, before I was told they would call me back. 3 1/2 hours later, I called At Home Medical once again, waited on hold for another ten minutes, and they had no answers for me. C-Pap machines are fully covered by my insurance, yet At Home failed to deliver the medical product. I canceled the order, and will advise my doctor of the problem with At Home Medical. The delay by At Home delivering the c-pap machine is adversely affecting my health..

They fill your order fast and ship right away, but they quote you one price when you buyt and get a bill for much more than quoted. When asked, I was told, just wait and see what insurance pays. So they bill you and the insurance company at the same time, and hope you pay full price, then they get paid by the insurance company. Scam! I've never gotten a nickel back from them.

I ordered diapers which I needed very badly. I got them in a day. I also needed chucks and a good cleaner. There was some confusion on the size the first size didn't fit so had to finally get someone from Kendall to call to get a return address label since I got what was suggested by the person on the phone. I finally got it. I can't thank these people enough for this because they don't make much money off of these by selling them that is. Thanks very much At Home Medical for your help for someone who makes less than you do.
