I have a new diagnosis of severe sleep apnea and have been having a hard time adjusting to my CPAP machine and wearing a mask during sleep. At times it has been difficult to reach a respiratory clinician by phone at BRHC and the reason that I could not give a 5-Star rating. However, when a clinician returns my call, they are 100% attending to my concerns.

All 3 times I have been to the BRHC office, it was obvious that everyone was very busy with calls and appointments. However, during my office visits, I did not feel rushed and was given clear instructions, training, and helpful recommendations.
During my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to have Center Manager Tracy Salter assist me. She was very receptive to my needs, acknowledged my concerns, and responded professionally. She fitted me for a different mask that worked better than the other 2.

I have worked in the medical field for almost 30 years. Unfortunately, for the past 3 years, I have been frequently frustrated by the substandard staffing in the healthcare professions. However, this critical issue is not isolated to the medical facilities, healthcare centers, and medical suppliers. It's everywhere!
BRHC provides a vital service to me and the community and has helped me tremendously in the past 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, I agree with all the other comments, service is terrible, I gave up on my MPAP because of the staff here. Just getting out of hospital, I'm not looking forward to dealing with them again.

Worst office ever. Couldn't find anyone in there for 5 minutes. Then 3 different people asked me what I needed. I was visibility upset about my CPAP machine and the lady just stood there and looked at me. Will never go back. Not to mention an unprofessional looking office.

Would give negative stars if possible. This company has no one capable of providing good customer service skills. Hateful, mean and unwilling to help. I was actually told by Barbara that "you are wasting your time talking to me cause I can't help you". That was 4:09 pm on 11/1/18. I requested to speak to the office manager several times but she was either "on a conference call" or "doing inventory and couldn't take calls". She couldn't take the time to RETURN any of my calls either. I have been on the phone for two days begging someone to help me with my situation and I have been given the run around and no help at all. Obviously Barbara's statement was spot on. Hey, at least she didn't lie.
