They are very good at passing the buck. They obviously don't understand how important it is that someone on oxygen not run out . The girls at the front desk are either uninformed or they just don't care. They should have an emergency oxygen supply in case people run out. I was told that they don't get their oxygen delivery until Thursdays and if you don't get it then that you would have to wait until the following Thursday. Instead of going to the gym yesterday, I stayed home all day so I could conserve my oxygen as I have appts. today and they won't be delivering until this evening. It has been five weeks since I got my last delivery and they feel the need to call me to see if I need oxygen this Thurs. I think they need better communication going on there.

Slow to respond...extra tubing not sent when promised. .. they were aware the current tubing was held together with duct tape. Somebody passed the buck when we inquired why it was taking over a week to be shipped locally. They act like they are the only game in town. Plan to change to another company soon.
