My daughter was fitted for a custom wheelchair last fall and we still haven’t received it. They requested documents from the wrong doctors office and so it was denied at first. The wrong foot holders were ordered and do not fit her chair so we still haven’t been able to get fitted for it. I would be more understanding but no one has been keeping updated on what’s going on with her chair and why we haven’t been able to get her fitted. We have been trying to get her a swing for equally as long and I originally was told it was all worked out and now come to find out nothing has been done to even start the process of getting her swing.
I have always has good service from Norco until today. All I asked was to have my CPAP data read and was told that now there would be a $35 charge since I do not purchase my supplies from Norco. I do not have an issue with the charge as their policies may have changed. I do have an issue with the rudeness of the staff. First, the customer service agent tells me this has always been their policy for the 6 years she worked there, even though I was in there not even a year ago and had no problems. Secondly, the CPAP specialist told me that things have changed the last couple of years (not 6 I guess) and then rudely told me that "we all have to make money." Sorry Norco, never again.
I have been assisting a dear friend of mine for the past couple years. She is on oxygen and has other medical needs. When I go to Norco to pick up items, or talk with people on the phone I am struck by what a great company this is, and that dedicated people work here -The staff is outstanding, service great, everyone is happy and kind. They take the time to walk us through equipment use and laugh with us when we ask dumb questions. Thanks so much!
I have had Norco for my Liquid Oxygen provider for many years.. They have been fantastic. You could not ask for a better provider. They were always there when I needed them. The delivery people always great! Thanks, NORCO
I completely agree with Jacobsen comment.. I have dealt with several very unprofessional customer service people there just trying to get my prescription for medical equipment fulfulled. NO luck. Even tho my rx was there and dated before the end of the month, they were just too lazy to process it and stated that it was illegal to do so now.. I was like what the hell are you talking about!!?? Then the guy said he knew my husband.. (whatever that was supposed to mean) then named a mans name (great Hipaa ) and I promptly told him that was not my husband and the guy says oh sorry wrong person.. Are you serious right now?? I will never do business with these incompetent bozos again. I will let everyone I know not to as well. There are much better places to go thru. Needless to say with their ignorant staff and billing procedures, I was unable to get my much needed medical supplies under my insurance for 2017 and am without now. Thanks Norco for being such a great bunch! Oh by the way you don't even deserve the 1 start I gave you!
