I have been in the medical and customer service field for years and the service, professionalism on the phone as well as in person with 3 separate people trying to get a simple doctors request taken care of with this company, was the WORST we have ever encountered. We will never use any of their services or purchase products from them again. Even the on floor manager was beyond rude. We suggest going anywhere other than Norco.

Norco in Missoula has gone out of their way to provide me with the best service ever. They are the best!

Their service is average. Follow up poor. They inspected the unit they sent me but didn't complete the paper work so they had to come out to the house and reinspect the unit. They said they would send out in line humidifier and it never showed up.
