Seldom do doctors give you the special attention that Dr. Hicks and his staff give to our 2 dogs. He actually calls us at home to check on our dogs even when he is out of the office. His compassion is rare among physicians these days and doctors treating those of us humans could take a lesson from him in empathy.

Professional and person attention to each of my two dogs. Dr. Hicks has called us numerous times in the evening to discuss our two dogs condition. Dr. Hicks keeps hours for the pets he's not an 8-5 vet. He cares and makes certain his patients are comfortable.

I have brought our two dogs in here about 5 years. Dr. Hicks and his staff has always been helpful and kind. Last week I found a baby rabbit abandoned outside my work and I took him in. He had been badly injured in his eye and Dr. Hicks fit me in that day to see him. He checked him out, explained what happened to his eye and gave me a cream to help bring the swelling down. He did all this for free because he knew that he wasn't my pet, I was just trying to help. He gave me great advice to care for him and was so helpful. This is a great place to bring your pets, they honestly care!

The Office Staff here is HORRIBLE! Dealing with them is like pulling teeth and due to this problem we are no longer seeing Dr. Hicks. His Office Manager NEVER returns calls! This month a simple prescription refill that needed to be filled was ignored for 20 days despite the fact I had 3 separate phone calls to them requesting to speak to the Dr. directly.
Dr. Hicks is an awesome Vet, but his Office Staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Dr. Hicks is awesome!!!! I have been to so many vets in the valley and they do not compare. Dr. Hicks is caring, warm and fuzzy with his patients, and reasonable with pricing. He and his staff and great. I always leave feeling that my dogs (and wallet) are taken care of.
