In just two words, I can confidently sum-up why I continue to exclusively entrust Blueridge Animal Clinic with the care of my best friend—my fur baby Brodie. Those are trust & family. These people actually get it. They understand the symbiotic relationship, which most people cherish with their pets. At Blueridge Animal Clinic, you can expect proficiency. The staff is well dedicated and always courteous. These folks know what they are doing and they are impeccable at it! My fur bay, Brodie, was rescued from unspeakable abuse in 2010. Shortly after, he became a patient of Dr. Kristi Busby. Let me just say, she has been a blessing—everyone at Blueridge has. Because of his age and injuries—sustained from a life of intense abuse—it is essential that Brodie receive an extremely gentle and tremendously compassionate touch. At Blueridge Animal Clinic, that’s all they offer—gentle compassion.

We love every staff member and the doctor. They love our fur babies as much as we do! They listen to what you have to say and answer any of your concerns. We will use them for every pet we ever have and recommend them daily!

Only one time was I disappointed and that was with a standby or substitute Veterinarian. The care and attention from all the staff and the regular Veterinarians has been excellent - I have dogs and cats.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
